GUIDELINES FOR PAPER PRESENTATION

Presenting author must be a registered paper poster segment for the Annual conference Dimensions 2024 – FetoFocus
- It’s online presentation on zoom platform.
- Zoom link will be provided for presentation.
- Good internet network with good broadband service requested.
- Technical problems from delegates side will not be entertained.
- Only single person will be allowed for given link presentation.
Only one presentation (paper/poster) per presenting author will be allowed.
Kindly do not submit an abstract under more than 1 category.
Paper presentation will be for 6 minutes with 2 minutes discussion.
By submission of an Abstract, the author transfers copyright ownership to the organising committee for publications. The organising committee reserves the right to reproduce it in print or electronic media.
The first author will be the contact person for all correspondence regarding the presentation.

Abstract Submission categories:

Instructions for abstract:

The abstract for paper/poster presentation needs to be restricted to not more than 200 words, use Times New Roman font with size 12.
The title should be short and concise and must NOT be written in capital letters.
Standard abbreviations can be used. However unusual abbreviations should be in brackets after the full word, particularly when it appears for the first time.
Figures, tables and graphs should not be included in the abstract.
Generic names of drugs should be used.
In case of original research, the results have to be submitted with the abstract.
No references are needed with abstract submission.

Structure of abstract:

For original research/reviews : Introduction, Aims and Objectives, Materials and methods, Results, Conclusion
For case studies : Introduction, Aims and Objectives, Background, Case, Conclusion
Last date of abstract submission 5^th May 2024
Last date of notification to authors 10^th May 2024.
All abstracts will be reviewed by a panel of experts and will be accepted as oral free papers/poster presentations during FetoFocus 2024.
All submissions will be acknowledged by email. Kindly provide your current working e-mail ID along with mobile number.

Prizes:

3 Prizes for each category
Kindly submit bonafide certificate from institute and permission letter from HOD for PG students and passing certificate and degree certificate for delegate category.

Presenting author have to show Paper poster presentation registration receipt at the time of abstract submission attached with mail.

GUIDELINES FOR E POSTER PRESENTATION

Presenting Author MUST be a registered delegate for paper poster segment of FetoFocus 2024 Conference.
Each delegate will be allowed to present one paper OR poster .
Posters will be viewed on zoom platform.
Set the page size to 36.5″W and 20.5″H. Use a minimum font size of 32 points. Don’t overcrowd the slide.
File format should be PowerPoint (.PPT).
Total size of the presentation should not exceed 10 MB.
Maximum number of slides per E-poster: 2 (Two)
All slides should be in landscape format
You are requested to submit your poster / abstract to https://eventsureplanners.com/events/

by 5^th May 2024. Subject line of this mail should be: FetoFocus 2024 poster for uploading.

Animation/movies/sounds will not be supported; please submit in a static PPT format only.
Poster presentation will be for 3 minutes with 2 minutes discussion.
You have to mail the conference registration receipt at the time abstract submission
